Service Description

One on One Personal Training is great if you have specific fitness goals that you are looking to accomplish and prefer your sessions be conducted in an environment free from others. I will obtain your current measurements (circumference, weight, etc.) as well as resting heart rate and blood pressure. In addition, I will provide you with an in depth physical fitness assessment to truly determine your current exercise levels. All of the information obtained will be used as a foundation for the prescribed fitness routine. You will have access to the preloaded workouts via Larry's Gym for Muscles Fitness App, I will constantly monitor your heart rate (with gym provided heart rate monitors), and we will partner together to discuss proper eating and exercise habits outside of the workout sessions. I aim to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to help you successfully achieve all of your fitness goals and the ability to sustain them long-term!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations do not warrant refunds. Due to limited availability, the ability reschedule is unlikely. Please be certain before enrolling in and paying for services as refunds are only issued in the rarest of circumstances.
